Despite a slight language barrier, they made every effort to understand and assist us. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and an abundance of delicious, affordable restaurants nearby. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient experience in Istanbul.

Perfect location, perfect breakfast, affordable price. Mr Sirckan Ibik in reception is very good, always tries to make our stay wonderful. Mr Baris in night shift is great, always smiling and satisfying our requests. The girl in breakfast room is very active and accommodating.

We loved the friendly staff who were always ready to help despite the language barrier. The rooms were clean and there was daily room service. The location was perfect for tourists, with the Tram and Metro just a minute away, making it easy to access all the attractions. There were plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby that served delicious and affordable meals.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel had an amazing location, with easy access to the metro station and other forms of transportation. It was conveniently situated next to the metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was cozy and comfortable, with clean and modern bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, allowing us to try different Turkish dishes. the hotel provided complimentary afternoon coffee, tea, and snacks, which was a nice touch.
The noise level in the rooms on the first floor was a bit disturbing, as there was a constant noise from the hotel's internal air conditioning equipment. This noise could be heard through the air hole in the bathroom, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently situated near the metro station and the tram line, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit various attractions. there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it a great place to stay for convenience. The hotel was also very clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for us. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to communicate with us using Google Translate, making it easier for us to communicate despite the language barrier.
Not one thing stood out as a negative aspect at this hotel.
